I came to Interstate Batteries on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers Florida on December 5,2018 around 8:30 am to seek assistance with my car fob battery in a panic and in fear of my car not starting. Ed quickly greeted me and offered assistance. He provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond while taking the time to install the battery. Not only did he save me from my car not starting, but put my safety first. Ed is truly an asset to the organization and I look forward to visiting the store again for all my future battery needs!
