I went to Interstate Batteries of SW FL a couple weeks ago when I was having a bad day that was made even worse when my truck wouldn’t start. It was one of those days that went from bad to worse and seemed like nothing was going right. A neighbor helped me jump start my truck and recommended Interstate Batteries. They had provided him with great service in the past and their batteries come with warranties, which are helpful with the Florida heat that can limit the life of a battery. I called Interstate Battery while my truck’s battery was charging and was told to come right in. They had a variety of options and prices and could install the battery I needed that same day. I was instantly greeted by Ed at the front counter who is possibly the nicest person I’ve ever met in my life. He took care of me and turned my day around. A new battery was installed right away. Ed saw I was upset so he offered me a drink and a hug as a complete stranger. We talked a little and he made sure the battery was installed quickly and correctly. He is one of those guys who is unconditionally nice and deserves to be recognized for it. Ed didn’t have to help me, but he did and my faith in humanity has been restored. Thank you Ed! I appreciate you!
